For our nerdy enjoyment this rainy Sunday, I'm trying to see if I can construct a method to automatically set the #OpenStreetMap tags of all the rowhouses in DC to be building=house and house=terraced.

Right now, nearly all of the buildings in DC are just tagged with a basic building=yes from when OSM did the initial data import from the DC government.
